This arc is badly written. First they say Seiren was not in danger of dying but no it turns out her injuries were worse than expected and she's not recovering which is why Funamushi is pissed. RIP Kagura, after all that development I saw the death flags as they were coming especially with the other episode of Kagura's backstory with this small village. I love watching your reactions and it's cool you're enjoying yourself but this arc is terrible, it started off with promise then really went downhill. What a waste of a brand new gen character, for Boruto to experience loss they need to take out someone close to him but of course the writers play it safe and don't kill one of his actual peers but a kid from another village who has a friendship with Boruto but didn't grow up with him. You'll see by the end how safe this arc played out.
