So uh... without spoiling *why*; let me just say that it actually isn't just people being pedantic about the "fishmen" vs "merman" thing. One Piece is one of those series where terminology and choice of wording matters *a lot*; and this is actually one of those times lol

There is no difference whether they are called fishmen or mermen to me. The important thing to me is that i understand they are called that cuz they are half human, half fish lol So its literally dumb to complain about such a thing 😭 If there is a reason for it in the future, u will just tell me in the comments lol Problem solved
