Oh: that spiked cape wasn't like a wall. When they said he punched though the spikes: he punched *through* the spikes. His wrist wasn't broken: he's got multiple holes perforating his hand from doing what amounts to punching full force into a bed of nails to hit the guy behind them. [In the manga you literally see the holes in fingers as he pulls the spikes out of himself]

still fan sub is not good. it's not up to the mark and definitely inferior to official subtitles. In many cases, fan sub elaborate differently than orginal one

Not true, my mods did their research, and the fan subs are actually more accurate. Thats why they were done lol Plus way more fun to read. U guys can explain in the comments if there is a difference. Thats it. I can always switch to dub if u prefer

Did your mod ever watched it ? How can you say it's accurate when it's changed one of the main character name from dracule to jracule . There are many more cases similar to this . Your reaction awesome dude but i have rarely seen any reactor watching fan sub . I mean why should you ? Official sub has no issues and it's more credible source

I dont like the subs, i prefer dub. These subs are the only reason i agreed to watch in sub lol Its easier to read and its fun. Thats not a big difference to me, cuz u guys right away tell me in the comments what his name is or what was wrong, so no difference at all. The main thing to me is that i enjoy it

if you prefer dub you should watch like 10-20 eps in dubbed and see how you feel about it ? 616 dubbed epsidoes of one piece so far. 60% of teh show. its pretty good i think.

Disagree with that. Kaizoku fansubs are the best, too bad they don't do subtitles for newer episodes anymore. I miss them

You can't blame them for Mihawks name. It might not be 'right'; but it's also not technically wrong either. It's a perfectly valid translation. If you've been keeping up with the manga: you'd know that even the official subs have gotten names "technically wrong" because a lot of names in One Piece have multiple viable ways of reading them: and if Oda doesn't give confirmation some of those names can be written that way for years. 'Juraquille' was just one of those examples. It just must have been written before Oda confirmed it to be 'Dracule', so the translators wrote down the option they prefered. All we have to do is let Lucky know if a name in the subs has been miswritten.

I hope so too, Battler. As a brazilian I don't even understand what the characters are saying sometimes in english dubs. It would be difficult to me to enjoy the reactions that way.
