When Candy Shop Owner said to the father: Are you sure you want to do this, you‘d the rob future of your son“. What he meant was, that giving him back his powers could prevent Strawberry Boy from having an ordinary human life, as because of how powerful he is, he could always be dragged into dangerous battles again. Literally what happened since he gained powers he was always dragged into battles that he shouldn’t be part of. From the beginning of Clorox up until to the final arc (that you will be watching next) where he once again will be eventually dragged into ordeals, no human should actually be part of.

Can i just say thank you to whoever put this video together for you. He kept the subbed version of Ban Kai instead of the dub version, and its easily the best Ban Kai ever said

The new season isn’t actually a sequel, just the final arc of Clorox that comes after FBringers that never got adapted in the anime up until now. Clorox manga did end in 2016 (2 years after Ninja manga ended) with the final arc that’s being adapted right now as a new anime, but we could indeed get a true sequel to Clorox that plays several years later after the final arcs ending, as Kubo dropped a completely new One-Shot for Clorox back in 2021, which he ended with a cliffhanger.

You never get to learn the true backstory of the villain in clorox until the light novels. He has a real reason to fight the Shinigami, he was betrayed by them and had his friends killed by them when he started to find out more information on their 'deeds'.
