Not just you, Obito is my top 3 favorite villain of all time

I guess they didn't give us White Fang's backstory arc because it would have been too dark; just imagine seeing an arc with such an ending, where protagonist takes his own life, his son finds him lying dead on the floor Maybe with it the whole series wouldn't have been suitable for kids (I mean it's not very child friendly as it is lmao, but anyway) But personally would love to see it too

Exactly everything contradicts hashirama intention which is exactly what madara foreshadowed

Kisame

so Kakashi was kinda right about Obito trying to see through Naruto whether he is right or wrong, what his other self is like :) ye villlages became the most important thing to people and everything was to be sacrificed for their preservation :) both Naruto and Obito can make arguments for their ways so they are both annoyed cause its hard to really justify either side properly without acknowledging the other at the same time :D it is really now a conflict between persevering and striving to change the world for the better with a combined effort and leading by example, or taking the easier route where I guess the result is guaranteed but it might seem immoral and kinda cowardly to just be running away from reality :P one thing is for sure, Obito’s seems a lot more appealing, its less of a struggle :D it is a very interesting back and forth :)

Kakashi Hatake

1. Those flashbacks with Obito, Kakashi and Rin are just so sweet. I love them. 2. 19:04 the face Kakashi made was so adorable. 3. Sakumo Hatake was a Genius Ninja feared across the entire shinobi world. Minato said that in his time, even the legendary Sannin paled in comparison. So obviously that Man was a beast. I just wish we got to see more of him... 4. Sakumo was a sweet heart too. In the world of Shinobi, those who break the rules are scum, but those who abandon their friends are even worse than scum and to be able to prioritize friendship over your own life is a far greater quality than being above the level of the Legendary Sannin. RIP TO THE WHITE FANG OF THE LEAF ~ SAKUMO HATAKE

Maybe instead of sending children to war, Hiruzen should have at least once taken to the battlefield himself, since the war dragged on and many strong Shinobi had already died in battle? Or was he too busy smoking his pipe? What a shameless devil, he was a Hokage for 40 years, if not more, and in his only fight since he became a Hokage (well, okay, he still poked Kurama once with a stick), he immediately died at the hands of a student with whom he had previously refused to fight, when Orochimaru killed his entire team in front of his eyes and before that experimented on dozens of children and adults in Konoha. Hiruzen, on the other hand, was considered the "God of Shinobi" of his time, so he could not go out on the battlefield and rule, so as not to send many children to their deaths. Maybe he was just so jealous of Hashirama that he stole his title of God Shinobi, and specially sent children to war, to spite Hashirama, and went to all about the Will of Fire sarcastically mashing. The main villain Naruto is revealed. (Sorry for the text, I just hate Hiruzen a little).

To be honest, the more I found out about Hiruzen's time as a hokage, more respect I got for Orochimaru. I remember always disliking him because he was the most chaotic villain with no goal and he killed his teacher in cold blood but actually Orochimaru did Konoha a favor. Tsunade in her 2-3 years as a hokage did much more than Hiruzen in decades. I felt like there was a very personal reason why Orochimaru attacked Konoha and why he enjoyed killing Hiruzen and it made more sense around that point. His goal is to uncover the "truth" of the world so he despises hypocrisy and Hiruzen is the N1 hypocrite in entire Naruto universe (even more than Danzo). The shinobi circumstances as we call them were 70-80% caused by Hiruzen since he was the longest reigning of the world leaders alongside Onoki and participated in all 4 out of 4 great ninja wars (both Hiruzen and Onoki literally causing the 2nd and 3nd war). And even though he was responsible for creating the likes of Orochimaru, he never took responsibility when it went out of control (he couldn't even move when he caught Orochimaru for the first time). I also feel like Jiraya dissaproved of Hiruzen as well since they shared the philosophy but Jiraya decided to actually do something about it and not sit on his ass, also explains why he never visited Hiruzen and never wanted to take his place. I feel like in this case, Hiruzen is just as much to blame as Madara for making Obito what he is at this point in series.

Lucky, my brother, you know about the phrase "it's too good to be true"? Naruto is saying that there is no easy way and you can't be sure if you haven't gone down the even more difficult path. Just think about how elaborate Madara's plan was and how much time had to pass for it to actually start properly.
