Yeah; it's Tanakas sister lol. It was stated all the way back in Season 2 when we first me her that she's part of a traditional drumming band. Probably didn't recognize her because you haven't actually really seen her since the artstyle change at the beginning of the season. Also; welcome to the biggest reason to have watched the OVA's; the captain of the Snake Team is rather prominent for the rest of the season, and kinda comes out of nowhere if you didn't see him almost beat Nekoma in the qualifiers XD
