The upcoming arc is considered the weakest in the series, mainly because in the anime it's mixed in with half filler (but non-canon-breaking) content to pad it out which made it drag a bit. Saying that, it's also one of the shortest arcs and it still does have some important and memorable moments, and many believe that the arc itself holds much more importance than it seems on the surface level for things that may come at the end of the series (not a spoiler since as of now this has not been confirmed or denied, it's just fan speculations)

That isn't the same type of dial that almost killed Wyper. He used a Reject dial, which is 10x stronger than an impact dial, but they essentially behave the same way. (Similar to how there is a breath dial, but also a very rare extinct dial called the jet dial, which is 10x stronger and is what Nami's waver uses, which is why it's so much faster and powerful than the other wavers we've seen)
