Halloween season continues with Heather! This is scene two of three and it was at least 75% lit by pure candle light so praise technology that we can pull as much detail as we did out of what would normally amount to pure darkness. Now, this location was pretty dope, I talked about it last week but now we are actually inside and you're able to see the amount of work that went into making this place look a legit apothecary straight out of a movie.. except the mini blinds that is.
Heather is wearing her old maternity dress that we shot in years ago, but that wasn't really planned because I just grabbed a bunch of spooky white ghost dresses from my wardrobe and tossed them into a bag. Naturally, I forgot that's where I got it from so I showed up and was like "oh, I got this thing that might work well" and she's like "um yeah because it's mine" lol. The head piece she's wearing is something she apparently just happened to have and it was DEAD, like, instant inferno if lit kinda dead. So we made EXTRA careful not to get those candles too close to her. In the end, the shoot came out superb and waaayyy spookier than I intended!
