Great ep, great set of reactions. You correctly intuited that IMO the guys kinda hate Pete because he's kind of a normie + WASP-y middle-class, compared to their chaotic upbringings. Matty Matheson (Fak) advises on the show which is really funny yeah, he's the cast member who knows the most about real restaurants. The characters and conversations in this show feel so real. It was fun hearing your insights having worked in food/bar service. Looking forward to more!

Awww I really like this episode. The acting is so good, like that monologue about Carmys Uncles dream. And I loved the comedy in this episode it was nice to get levity after the more intense beginning episodes. And the little details like the chocolate cake getting more advanced throughout the episode. This show is just so well done.
