Finally! There aren't a lot of great reactors doing this show, which I think is easily one of the best shows on TV right now.

So Happy you guys are doing this show, because I am a Chicagoan, born and bred. Many times, I have been to Mr. Beef on Orleans (the real restaurant this show is based on and filmed at) --its a Chi-town classic! Hope all you peeps from the Windy City give a shout out! My God, the music, the actors, the FEEL of this show is pure, hometown Chi . My own sister has a "773" tat, just like Carmy does, so when I tell you this show is authentic, take my word for it! Happy New Years everyone, and go Blackhawks!!!! (Sorry Arianna--you're clearly a Penguins fan!

"Bear" stands for Berzatto - Jeremy Allen White's character is named Carmine Berzatto. It's a family nickname.

Carmy finding his knife on the ground reminded me of when i moved in with my mom during covid and after a week she put my $300 Funayuki kitchen knife through the dishwasher and her excuse was her arthritis was too bad to wash it properly and i told her have fun with dull knives the rest of your life. after that i locked my stuff up.
