Queen Reward: Lydia (Patreon)

Last poll was a tie between 3 characters, so we picked one to go ahead, which is Lydia: A calm/motherly librarian, whose small local library is a safe place for everyone.

Getting the Corbiote treatment, Lydia becomes a benevolent Queen with little or no ambition of conquest, preferring to read her books,, give hypno-therapy to her followers, and occasionally have a big cuddle-orgy.

Inspired by Medusa/Lamia, Lydia's wave of tentacle hair each ends with an eye, which can be used to project strong hypnotic/psychic waves. Along her snake-like torso, multitude of arms and tentacles are tucked into her flesh, which Lydia often puts to good use. Lydia's empathy and intelligence makes her an excellent mind-reader, able to quickly analyze anyone's mental state. Using the right words, actions or psychic ability, she can then remold their minds to become their best selves. Some are eternally grateful for her help, and willingly become her Servitors.

Servitors are minimally "corrupted" humans, with the Corbiote residing only in the host's head. The host body is still human, but protected with a layer of slime when needed. The joining also gives the host a mental link with Lydia, pretty much like a personal Discord server.

However, with a growing family/influence, Lydia can't seem to avoid making enemies who are either fearful or jealous of her powers. Perhaps she'll just have to keep showing them the error of their thinking, person by person, country by country, till she can finally have peace...
