Concept Art: Hivemaiden (Patreon)

Since we're in between chapters, we'd like to take a break this weekend by sharing some concept art that we made during our long break a few months ago.

The original plan was to go for an entirely bee-girl-centric story, with the name "Hivemaiden". Selene (the human) meets a worker bee girl while stranded on an alien planet, TF shenanigans ensue, and they even meet the Queen bee and Warrior bee. We were thinking of exploring themes of romance, reverse TF and birthing in this story.

However, we weren't able to come up with a design or plot line which we're fully satisfied with, so in the end, we settled for a more "choose your adventure/TF" type plot with Gelnetic.

Part of the bee girl's design is still recycled, and that's how we got Ayu's final form.
