Last year, I worked on Zombie Exodus: Stronghold for StoryLoom, a studio created by Pixelberry. It became one of the top games at StoryLoom, and I appreciate everyone who read it and made it so popular.

As you may know (and I have reported), StoryLoom is shutting down for good. Here is the press release.

Because StoryLoom is shutting down and they are removing Zombie Exodus: Stronghold, I have the freedom to move it to another platform. I have already spoken with Hosted Games and will be converting the game to Choicescript. Since StoryLoom was a much less dynamic system than Choicescript, I will also add new content, paths, storylines, and more stats for the Hosted Games release. Though the game will be similar, it will be a more complex experience.

It will take time to convert the game to Choicescript. I am setting a goal to submit the game by July 2024. The current queue for publication is 6-9 months. Next year, you can expect to play Zombie Exodus: Stronghold through Hosted Games. However, I will offer public betas of the game throughout its development.

Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven will continue to be my focus for development. I am also trying to continue developing Deadbury Academy. It's a lot to juggle this year, but I plan to do my best to make all of these games happen next year.
