To provide more insight into my writing process, I plan to regularly update you on the specific projects I'm working on. I believe this will interest those of you who:

Are considering writing your own games.

  • Have an interest in game development.
  • Are curious about upcoming features in my games.

Please note, there may be spoilers, so proceed with caution.

Currently, my focus is on "Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven, Part 4." I've returned to the college mission in chapter 14, which is evolving beyond my initial expectations. Consequently, I'm considering expanding it into a full chapter, potentially titled "Chapter 14a."

A key scene I've recently developed is for players tackling the Delusion challenge. If your character is in a relationship with Bailey, Jillian, or Tommy, they will confront you about your delusions. This interaction is designed to feel natural and occur at a particularly challenging moment. Over time, I anticipate more survivors initiating similar confrontations.

Another aspect I'm working on is the dynamics of romantic relationships. For example, in the current mission, if your character is involved with both Bailey and Jillian, a tense confrontation ensues. This scenario escalates the drama, forcing you to navigate the complexities of the conflict.

Additionally, I'm crafting scavenging segments. These are generally straightforward to write, but the challenge lies in striking the right balance between offering mundane and valuable items. I'm also carefully considering the distribution and consumption of these items throughout the game.
