Below is a scenario that could take place in a zombie outbreak. I may or may not use it in one of my games, but I'm curious how everyone would react to the situation.

It is six months into the outbreak, and you've been leading your group of survivors for months now, always on the move, always searching for the next safe haven. Your responsibility weighs heavily on your shoulders. The faces of your companions are drawn and weary, and every day, the hunger gnaws a bit deeper.

One evening, as the sun's setting, you stumble upon an unexpected sight: a well-kept farm, green and alive. Rows of vegetables, a barn with livestock sounds, and even a tiny orchard are shielded by a makeshift fence. An elderly farmer stands guard at the entrance, shotgun in hand.

He sees you and your group, and there's a moment of tense silence. You can tell he's been defending this place for a while.

Hey Jim, can we have a scenario where we've been tricked into coming into a farm where the farmer starts out as hassle but then they start becoming too friendly just to find out by the end, they're actually cannibals?

I'm not a huge fan of cannibalism in general. It's been done in a lot of apocalyptic settings, but I think it's something that could only happen far into the outbreak when food is really scarce.
