I know they're two completely different characters...but...this kinda reminds me of an alternate Mallory Archer from that Archer comic

I see what you mean Off topic, on the inks of this sketch you said "Someone really should do a Sci Fi movie or series or whatever and have them actually explain why the human female is the perfect vessel for hyper pregnancy for so many alien races" I tried my hand at giving an explanation but it was about two weeks later so I doubt anyone saw it (but I spent a lot of time putting it all together so I am mentioning it here): A scientific reason for why human females would be able to carry such a large number of alien offspring at once could be to do with the placenta, the temporary organ that the fertilized egg implants into in order to start growing. Many animals (particularly things with eggs as in hard shell style eggs) are limited by the number of offspring at once. For example a chicken only can produce one egg at a time (though I am sure there are exceptions to this), the rate at which these eggs are produced are faster than say a human produces eggs but only one at a time. (Side note this means in cartoons when a character picks up a chicken and squeezes it to fire a barrage of eggs in reality should be only firing out one at most). In animals with a placenta the limit is usually set by the number of eggs (ova) released in ovulation, which in humans is usually one a month. But as shown in the case of IVF the placenta can accept multiple fertilized eggs at once, in IVF a number of eggs fertilized in a lab are attempted to be in implanted into the womb of the mother. While not always successful when it is it can often lead to multiple pregnancies as it is potential is there. A real world is example what happened with the octomom, who’s doctor broke several rules or guidelines and had 12 embryos implanted back into her womb with 8 taking hold. There would still be an upper limit, such how many eggs the placenta could actually hold, but given the average length of a placenta is 22cm (9in) and the eggs are at the cellular scale this limit would probably be still be very high. What would be the limit on a large pregnancy would simply be the strain on the woman’s body from carrying such a large number of offspring to term, how much would be possible with modern medicine in unknown though the current record is 8. I also tried my hand at trying to figure out how many rachni Dr Chakwas was having, not really relevant as it is now revealed she is having a queen and I did my calculations based upon workers (plus I'm not the best at maths) but it is still there if anyone wants to read it

You've put a lot more work into this than I expected. Impressive
