Someone really should do a Sci Fi movie or series or whatever and have them actually explain why the human female is the perfect vessel for hyper pregnancy for so many alien races

@zacharyrivera that is a good point. I was also thinking along the lines of the human body probably has a better capacity for growth to enormous sizes as compared to other species
