it's been a total haze with so much going on, but I'm totally overdue for show and tell..

now, I could probably spend a whole year just talking about all the broken clothes, dark heads and weirdly glossy disfigured bodies, but the less said about all that, the better..

so I guess we'll talk about whats actually different.. first big change to the models was putting an extra bend between the chest and stomach.
it might not look like that much here, but in motion it'll be a totally different story.
for an example, with the old rig, a simple thrust animation would have his neck and shoulders swing back on every move, leaving a goofy head bobbing sorta motion. ech.
things ought to be a little more dignified now.

next, yes. we've still got the full body types (and definitely more to come). sure it triples the costume workload, but I'm aiming to make something here that'll last.

and on top of all that, we'll also have proportions. it's basically a whole new model as far as animations go, but the idea is most humanoids will get plugged into the male template. so if I make an gym meat-head animation or something, those same poses can work for orcs and other big beasties. there's another even smaller model for goblins and imps and stuff, buuuut showing those before the new heads are drawn could be trouble. lol.

and speaking of heads, they're working completely different to the female ones.
there's gonna be a lot of diverse shapes, so all the expressions are baked into each head, along with set numbers for haircuts and facial hair and stuff, seeing as not everything is gonna fit on everyone. I'm working on something special for the eyes, hopefully they can all be shared and fit/animate right.

oh, and all bits of skin will work just like the hair dyes do, and it'll swap out for any colour on the fly. zugzug for all!

also, not pictured, we've got a full in-depth cock & ball system. loads of different looks, un/circumcised, coloured condoms, swingers, hairy.. yadda-yadda. you'll get see those whenever the next censored pic turns up~

anyways, there's a million things still to go. I'll probably commission some help once I'm ready for it ..but for now, I've got plenty of work to do. so seeya next times <3
