Designing: Kinks (Patreon)

this was gonna be a tiny little thing, back in the start.. just like 'his' bars, but that would not only be too easy... but it also runs the risk of getting annoying (with things happening all the time, I can see people being tempted to just switch it all off)  so, I set out to make something a bit more interesting, something slightly more dynamic.

at it's heart, it's all simple enough.. her needs change based on arousal, and there's modifiers for preferences. (largely poses. foreplay vs sex)

it's hard to say how many times this whole system has been torn down and reworked, by now.. but I think I've finally got something that makes sense, now..

in the beginning, everything was all a complete mess .. the only way to tell what you were doing was the blue bar on the kinks menu. I can hardly stress how painful that was to play. (..even when I was testing it, I would just get confused and just stare blankly at it.. as results seemed to almost happen at random..)

so, to try and fix things, cheating seemed like a fun idea! there's mini-shortcuts all over the place.. like pressing the healthar to 'nudge' HP. and pretty much everything got a 'likes all' button added into rotation.

but, the biggest turn-around happened yesterday.. when I tried mapping the whole thing out on the healthbar. I just added in some lines to show the sweet-spots.... and bam. it's finally -actually- playable. :D

the 'difficulty' is still tuned for SUPER-easy-mode, so she's far more forgiving than I had planned. and I havent tested much on the negative-number side of things.. but yeah, buttrape-from-go still makes her mad (just not as much as she ought to be..) and before anyone asks. yes. the 'event' at 0 health will be a blackout. (props to Final fellatio. SUCK IT, SDT! :P)

anyways, plenty of work still to be done here, and I'm sorry it's all taken so long. :(
