Good morning, Wonderers! How’s everyone doing? I hope you’re finding moments of beauty, magic, joy, and love in your days. We need to lean into the good where we can, you know? I’m right there with you, doing my best to lean in.

Here’s what’s what this week in the WWC:

1. The Vancouver travel vlog is coming to YouTube this week! And this time I’m absolutely certain I have my posting timeline right 😉 Early access will be available here on Wednesday 24 hours in advance of the public drop if you’d like to come along for the adventure ⛵️
2. I spoke not too long ago of wanting to sit down and have a chat about body image with you, and that’s just what we’re going to do for our community exclusive video this Friday. I’m in a chatty mood and want to share more with you about my journey and where I’m at now. So grab something soothing to sip on and let’s chat! ☕️
3. Just a head’s up - next week I am heading to Disney World for the runDisney season opener - Wine & Dine race weekend. Woo! I’ll be posting more or less in real time on Instagram while I’m there if you’d like to keep up with me that way. And I’ll be at Gideon’s on Friday, November 3rd, rain or shine in line from 9 to 10 am when they open if you’d like to drop by and wave from afar / say hi / chat / hang in line together. Also, I’m thinking we’ll do our monthly livestream that Saturday, November 4, probably late afternoonish east coast time for a little change of scenery. I’m scared and excited (“scited” a la Glenn Doyle) with so much unknown for me around my physical capabilities this go around. Connecting with you live while I’m there makes me feel better knowing I have my crew with me. But also, I just really love connecting live with you and can’t wait! 😅
