Good morning, friends! How was your weekend? I hope you got some moments of sunshine, literally and/or figuratively. After what felt like a rollercoaster of a week, I enjoyed a very grounding, full-cup kind of weekend. Those days feel so extra special especially after a topsy-turvy period. Life, right? Always keeping us on our toes 😜
Here’s what’s what this week in the WWC:
- We got together for our May Livestream last night. It was so wonderful to connect with those you were able to attend 💕 If you missed it you can catch the replay here.
- Remember when I said we had another week of Disney content? Well, we’re finally moving on from my runDisney content but I kicked off my March road trip with another Disney World stay (cue “Oops, I Did It Again” music) 😆 I considered shelving the video, but honestly it was such a fun night and I want to share. I stayed at the Grand Floridian villas for the first time and give a tour of the room and a bit of the property and then we eat our way around Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival. Early access for you is available on Wednesday 24 hours in advance of the public drop on YouTube. After this, we leave Disney World behind until November (I think) 😉
- I’m sharing a day in the life vlog for our community exclusive video this Friday 😎
- Every month I set aside 10% of my previous month’s Patreon earnings to donate to charity, which I draw from a jar of community suggestions. This month we’re sending $521 (and a little extra) to The Asher House. If you’d like to suggest a charity to add to the jar, feel free to leave it in a comment or send me a message 💌
I know the news continues to be horrifying across the board and it can feel like we’re drowning in disasters and tragedies. There are a lot of really good people out there doing amazing things in big ways. I know there are even more people doing very, very small things that have a huge impact. Choosing kindness makes all the difference. Please remember there is no act of kindness too small to matter. We’re all in this together. Sending you all so much love!
❤️, Jen
