Hello, friends! How are you doing? Are you hanging in there? Anyone else feel like you have to brace yourself every Monday for whatever horrific news will unfold in the week ahead? Oof, it’s not been easy navigating life in this world lately for any of us. I hope wherever you are that you know you have a place here and a friend in me 💞
Here’s what’s what this week in the WWC:
- It was so, so lovely to connect with some of you during our July Live over the weekend. If you missed it, you can always catch the replay here.
- We drew the Lustgarten Foundation for our monthly charity (I set aside 10% of my monthly earnings to donate and we pick from a jar of community suggestions every month). We sent just shy of $380 to support this cause for pancreatic cancer research. If you’d like to suggest other charities to add to the jar for future months, please feel free to leave them in the comments below.
- I have a new YouTube video going up this week where I walk you through how I use airbnb to find unique stays. Early access will be available to you on Wednesday and the video will go up publicly on YouTube Thursday. I have lots of videos planned for the next couple of months at least and am looking forward to settling back into a more regular posting schedule with the channel.
- The community video this Friday is a vlog. I am now trying to incorporate at least one vlog a month for the WWC as that is the most highly recommended kind of video by far. I also wrapped my Week in the Life album and will be sharing that video next week. I love that project so much and can’t wait to share my process and album with you!
I know (at least around here) things feel particularly tumultuous and precarious. If you’re feeling that, too, you are certainly not alone. I hope you know you are always most welcome to connect with me here, either through comments or private message. I do my best to stay on top of comments from the most recent posts in the community, but sometimes I miss newer comments on older posts. If you’d like a reply and do not hear back from me when commenting on older posts, please feel free to reach out via message.
Take good, good care, my friends…
❤️, Jen
