I wasn't actually hating on Lost. In fact t is one of my all-time favorite (drama) shows. Still it does get painfully obvious at some point that the creators had no big plan where they were heading with some of their ideas. The fact that a lot of people didn't like HIMYM's finale actually has nothing to do with the reveal of the mother or who the mother is. Don't worry about that.
