I love The way that they allow us to see both perspectives of that conversation, obviously, we agree with Madison more because simply you shouldn’t get married if you’re not in love but Kevin trying so hard to fake his way through it is probably the most in character thing we’ve ever seen him do. And that’s not to knock any of the other Kevin storylines because even within those you see hints of what is playing out now. All he wants to do is please everyone and create a life like his father. Even the storyline of him going to Vietnam in season 3 tells you this man is searching for perfect but trying to avoid what’s real because it scared him. And even though we’ve seen him grow, that part has stayed true. In his eyes, it makes perfect sense to avoid how he feels to focus on the bigger picture, which is so depressing for his character when you think about it. "You're marrying your sister?" I am DEAD! The finales of this show do truly always slap, all the storylines coming to a perfect close, minus Kate/Toby of course. I am extremely excited for next season and the intense stuff we have to come

I mean, we have known since like season 3 that Toby and Kate might not end up together (the flashforwards of Toby being alone) and their storylines for the past few seasons have lead up to this point too - but it was still such a huge shock watching the flashforward of Kate's wedding! I cannot wait for you to watch season 6 - I can't believe we're up to the final season, only 18 episodes left :'(

Omg, the twist at the end. I was waiting for your reaction to that, hahaha. That shit blew my mind when I first watched it, and then when I thought about the way the show's been doing the flash forwards and not explaining where the hell was Kate in the future and why she and Toby weren't arriving together to the house, I was like...huh, this might be why? Maybe they aren't even together?? But there's still so much to the story, can't wait for your season six reactions!! It's a great final season, IMO.

Hahahaha your reaction to the twist at the end kills me - exactly how we all reacted when it happened. I will say, give Phillip a chance going into the last season, he might surprise you! God, this show is so fucking good and I can't believe they had it pretty much all planned out from the beginning. Nothing big was really left up to chance, and when you go back and rewatch the show you can tell how well everything was planned from the beginning. I've never seen anything like it, and I don't want it to be over :'(
