This is so true. I mean all of this was Sydney mistake and she just left like c’mon now. Also Carmi had every right to be mad at her because she didn’t listen to him and did everything behind his back (for the risotto) so it was understandable that he was mad. And for Marcus I love him but man it wasn’t the right time 💀 My sister used to work in the kitchens and it was really hard for her to watch this episode because at how real it was :’)

Sydney shouldn't have quit, primarily because everything falling to shit was her fault to begin with. She should have at least stuck it out for the day then gone home and decided on quitting or not. Marcus annoyed me this episode. You can tell the writers plan on having his and Sydney's ambitions become an even bigger problem in season 2. This episode was excellent, as is the finale. Bring on Season 2!!
