I don’t think you got it, Eric couldn’t be himself fully when he was with Adam because Adam felt shame , so when he went to Nigeria he felt free to be himself because oba didn’t have shame and at the end when he had on his face hpglitter and all that he felt free if that makes sense

I understood what they were going for for sure, like I said I don’t hate the idea of Eric not wanting to be with Adam because he doesn’t feel like he can truly be himself, I just felt like it was rushed and wasn’t done justice

I felt this show just magically creates problems where there shouldn’t have been just so the plot can move forward like with Otis and ruby or Eric and Adam like they were perfect then boom an out-of-character problem !
