A very iconic episode! The fact that I still get tears in my eyes when watching some scenes even though I’ve probability watched this season 10 times says something. Love the two episodes a week thing! Please keep it up!

I'm so glad Nathan and Lucas made up so quickly. Lucas understands why Nathan was acting this way, and so he didn't hold it against him. Nathan of course was kinda reckless and a dick this episode, but like Lucas, I understand why. The problem is that Haley was the first person he truly felt he could trust. She helped him get away from his parents, she made him feel safe and loved and he was ready to give up everything for her. She broke down the walls he built to protect himself, his walls of being a complete asshole and bully, then she completely broke his trust by kissing Chris and leaving with him. She left him to try putting that wall back up again by himself, which is why he was acting like an asshole at times, but he always looked so defeated which is because he's unable to build those walls back up the same way they'd been there before. And look. I'm all for Haley following her dreams and all that, and if you're given an opportunity like that, you'd be crazy not to take it. But the fact that she kissed Chris before leaving, TWICE, and didn't even bother asking Nathan if he wanted to go with her. Nathan was always supportive of her music, he just wasn't supportive of Chris being involved and kissing her. It's such a messed up situation. Because I DO understand Haley's side of it and I don't blame her for following her dreams. But she didn't have to kiss Chris in order to do so, and she could've involved her husband in it too. Plus, it's easier to sympathise with Nathan as we see his suffering completely, whereas we don't really see Haley much because she was ACTUALLY on Tour at the time and unable to film... I honestly can't blame Karen for reacting the way she did when Lucas called her asking her to bail him out. He chose to live with Dan, when Dan has done nothing but hurt people, then tried calling her to bail him out. Uh, no... You chose Dan, so you call Dan for help. (Of course, we know he's doing it to take Dan down. But Karen doesn't know that...) Lucas calling Nathan "Little Brother" is adorable though! And Nathan painting the wall pink and putting up the clown picture... Oh, Nate... I think it makes sense that they'd get kinda deep on the Capsules tbh... Sometimes you just need to say things, but the thought of actually saying them to anyone is scary. This would be the perfect opportunity... Jake and Peyton are adorable though... <333
