Toby kind of proposed to Kate when he woke up from his surgery in the last ep he was in - a brief scene hahaha “This show is going to break you” hahaha good thing you’re aware going in lol this show destroys me every episode I feel like The flash forwards of Jack’s funeral are so brutal - every time they allude to it or mention it it just makes me feel so sad hahah

This is definitely Toby’s best episode so far, it gives a glimpse into the sides of him that make people love him I also love how we get little bits from their past in small increments, and they don’t spoon feed exposition or treat the audience like we’re dumb
