Great reaction! Yeah, that time skip was bizarre, and just kind of lazy on the writers' parts. It would have been way better if they had found a more creative way for them to survive the night. And yeah, I liked how Sam dwelled on his and dean's relationship with their dad, but Sam's perception of how his dad treated him in comparison to Dean is a little subjective, as you'll see as you get further. I won't say anymore cuz I don't want to spoil it for you. Oh, and no, they didn't auction off the Impala, Jensen Ackles who plays Dean, actually kept it after the show wrapped up. I saw a video on YouTube of him in his garage, I think, talking about his time on Supernatural, with the car in the background.

They both got one actually. There were multiple cars they used, but only 2 or 3 were actual cars that they could properly drive and all that, rather than prop cars. And both Jared and Jensen got to keep one. :)
