Um yes. Morgana literally hasn't done anything as of season 2 episode 4. So of course Gwen would be better. She's had more focus on her character and better story lines than Morgana thus far

Yay new reaction and another great episode!!! I've actually shipped Lancelot and Gwen since episode 5 of season 1 so I this episode did not seem rushed for me lol. Maybe some of their lines were a bit much but their chemistry is just so good. Although in this episode I actually really started shipping Morgana and Gwen, that hug at the end and the way Morgana is so happy to have her back ❤️ And of course as a huge Merthur shipper (that's the more popular name for their ship, but some people like Arlin too) I always love when they get lots of scenes together, and so far, Arthur has only let down his guard like that when it comes to feelings when Merlin's with him. Also, the scene before they go into the tunnel is hilarious, one of their best banter scenes. I love Lancelot too and wish Santiago had more to do and i was so disappointed when he left again. I'm also really sad for Gwen because it's not fair to just leave again and not even give her the option to chose. I ship Lancelot and Gwen but I hate that each time (s1 and this episode) it's Lancelot who makes the choice for her... James Cosmo is so fun as a villain and you can tell he had a blast playing that role 😂 who'd have known years later he'll Lord Commander of the Nights Watch? 😂 The other Morgana and Gwen scene I love is when they take on the bandits, men are pigs so they used that to their advantage and it was brilliantly done! Also, Katie with a sword is so hot! (no wonder I fell in love with her 😍). Colin and Bradley did the audio commentary of this episode and well Bradley actually preferred Gwen with Lancelot, thinking he was the better choice for her "And the pair that are destined to…well, the two pairings, I suppose, that are destined to end up together, in a…you know, in a different way. [...] You know, Lancelot and Guinevere. And Arthur and, god forbid, Merlin." and we love Bradley for that 😁😁 And the music just keeps on being amazing! Especially that piece when Lancelot has his standoff with Hengist's men, so epic! The music on the show really adds this epic feel to it! Oh and the maps are amazing, the prop artists are so talented! I really enjoy these reactions, can't wait for next week 😊

Also, this episode parallels a bit with episode 4 of season 1, in the sense that Arthur goes on a quest to save a servant, even if this time he's not alone. Well, he had Merlin's help in episode 1x04 too with the light he sent to guide the way out of the cavern. I like this little parallel 😊
