I hadn't felt any problem with the pacing until I watched it again along with you, and you're not wrong. But I also noticed the characters/stories/relationships which felt rushed were the side stories which are typically given short shrift in Hollywood. And you'll notice all those side stories here are mainly straight white couples; so in a subversion of the "normal" way stories are told the women, the gays and the blacks were centered and everyone else given the scraps. Normally scraps are all that women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ community normally get. So I liked how they flipped normal on its head whether or not that was the point. Great reactions. And thank you for doing this show. So good!

I really was surprised by this series, I loved pretty much all of the characters and the acting from everyone was fantastic across the board. I personally was fine with the pacing but I think if it kept the pacing and had 10 episodes instead it would have been perfect just to flesh out some of the side stories. I loved the fairy tail like aspect the series had, yeah it may have glossed over some stuff but I personally loved the happy ending it had, it was just a joy to watch. Not to mention the top notch production and music was lovely. I have been consistently impressed on what Ryan Murphy has done outside of Glee and this was no different. Thanks for watching this, it was a ton of fun. 😁♥️

Thank for reacting to this Joe, it was a fun ride. The whole Oscars bit was so wholesome. And I love the message of the show, how it kind of shows that certain things could be so much easier if people in positions of power actually made the right decisions for once.

BOO

I really can't understand why so many people dislike this show. Yeah, it's a fantasy it's not realistic for people to be so open minded in this time period but why is the harsh reality so important ?????? Why can't we have plucky stories like this to give people hope and make 'em feel good? Ugh. Not everything has to be realistic, gritty and mean.
