Hello everyone, hope all is well.


This is just more of a heads up because I want to be as honest with you all as I can. Vimeo (where I upload my uncuts) have contacted me to warn they will be taking down my account soon, I assume this is because theyā€™re not happy with what I upload there and thatā€™s fine. I will be trying one more site to see if theyā€™re okay and if all works there then great. However if this other website take everything down too then reactions from that point forward will not be having the episode footage shown throughout. If youā€™re a patron at that point youā€™ll have to have the episode sync up with my reaction (which Iā€™ll count down to and help with of course, Iā€™ll have 10 seconds of the episode play at the start to help with the sync)

Obviously I expect a ton of you to stop being a patron if this is the case and I understand that. Hopefully it wonā€™t be the case but this is just a warning that it may be a possibility. Older posts will have to have the links and passswords changed so bare with me for a while as there are over 1000+ posts to go through.

Iā€™m really sorry about this, I will keep you all updated. Vimeo should still work for now however. Thank you all for the amazing support, legends.

That is absolutely fine:) I have seen other reactors use daily motion. Have your tried that?

Jesus that's a lot of work! I'm sure we can all cope with syncing up, obviously it's more annoying but it's not your fault at all.

I had a feeling this might happen as another reactor I sometimes watch had trouble with Vimeo and closed his account and had a feeling they would do it for most reactors Google drive and Dailymotion (tho that has issues with some shows) are good recommendations. Sorry that this is happening itā€™s sucks

Oh man, that sucks. I hope you can get it sorted with another site - other reactors I watch use google drive and drop box, so maybe those could work for you? There's also dailymotion, I think. Good luck!

I think they would have the same problem but itā€™s possible. The only think is I donā€™t want to using like 10 sites and changing the passwords each time as that would take too long.

Thatā€™s so annoying that you have to go through and change every single video link! Iā€™m sorry you have to do that! Im definitely sticking around regardless, if you end up having to do a count down thing I have seen a lot of google drive things that work with other reactors I watch! But Iā€™m sure youā€™ll find whatever works best for you šŸ˜Š

hi joe. that sucks. do you know why i canā€™t access any of your older uploads in google drive (i think thatā€™s what itā€™s called) it says the post is unavailable on all of them? i really wanna rewatch some of the older shows youā€™ve reacted to:)

That sucks balls. Another reactor I used to watch for Shadowhunters used Google Drive and always seemed to work well.

Just a question...is it a copyright thing? According to Vimeo's fair use language, reactions fall under fair use "fair use protects creators who reuse copyrighted content in a few ways: when the new work directly critiques and comments on existing works;" so if that's why they are doing this they are going against their own rules.

this happened to another reactor who was reacting to BTS Bon Voyage and Run Episodes. I suggest maybe using dropbox or dailymotion. Dailymotion allows up to an hour for a video, and your videos are all under an hour. Since your videos will be password protected, it should be fine.

Iā€™m only going by experience here, but it would only be considered fair use if the video is chopped up and around 10-15 minutes, his full reactions are getting blocked because heā€™s showing the episodes without cutting anything out and therefore canā€™t be considered fair use. It definitely sucks.

that sucks! iā€™ve watched many reactirs have that issue which is why a lot of them upload it to two or three platforms (google photos, dropbox, onedrive or mega work the best). regardless I hope this will solve itself soon. good luck! šŸ‘

Oh that sucks, it sounds complicated too! Here's hoping it all works out <3 DropBox may work as a solution as I know another reactor who uses that and it's always worked perfectly for me...good luck!

Does sync up mean you have to play the episode on your computer as well on some site? Because I am from Germany and watching English episode isn't easy with buffering etc so I could not do that. But I would rather have any reaction, than nothing at all. That's why I miss your reign reactions so much. Isn't there a way that you cut out some scenes where you don't do or say anything, nearly as on YouTube? That way not the whole episode is shown, if vimeo has copyright issues. Again I will still support you and wish you the best of luck!

That really sucks, but we understand if you're forced to do that. A suggestion tho is that you do what Ky Nicole does and make your own site to host your full reactions? But if you're not up for that, maybe you can at least keep the audio from the episodes to make it easier to sync up?

You can also use Dropbox or google drive to upload the videos

I was a Patron to someone else before and they uploaded their reactions through google drive sharing. And since it's a private sharing space, I don't think google is going to prevent it. But just a tip. I see other people commented it already but :)

That sucks, but Iā€™m not surprised because this happened with another reactor that I watch. Vimeo is cracking down on content. I actually think Google Drive is a better option than Drop Box, since itā€™s more private and less monitored. I hope you figure it out! I really enjoy your reactions.

no pictures but then audio would be awesome! at least then i know what he is "seeing". Sure there are parts with no voices or just music, but most of the time with the most important scenes, you regocnize the audio :)

I know one reactor I watch uses Onehub, and the other uses Dropbox I think.
