I actually really enjoy this episode compared to a handful of others from season 1. But Cordelia was always one of my favorites so I'm probably a bit biased lol

Not the best episode, but I love that it touches on how Xander and Willow have known each other forever, have inside jokes from years ago and know each other's home situation, while Buffy is the new friend who doesn't have that level of comfort with them yet.

ergh... i really, really don't enjoy this episode at all. Thank goodness for the next episode, and then onto season 2 where the duds are few and far between lol. LETS GO!

Not sure how bothered you are by storyline and expectation spoilers, but just letting you know that from season 2 the Buffy fandom usually starts to ramp up the (not so) 'subtle' hints and in-jokes, which can get really spoilery and is very frustrating to see. It might be a good idea to look into getting moderators if you can. Super excited for the finale and season 2! :)

The hints and in-jokes drive me crazy! He'll really need mods who are Buffy fans to avoid that kind of thing though - someone who hasn't seen the show probably won't think those comments are spoilers.
