I am so excited to watch this! Also, #triviaforjoe : This episode won a Humane Society Genesis Award for its depiction of animal cruelty!

Adam is Magic

It’s amazing how an animated kids can depict something real and tragic in such a short period of time.

If you’re able to can post episodes 19 and 20 on the same day? They were originally aired together. I will understand if you can’t.

Omega Sirius

You also saw another new character in this episode that we'll find out about later on, and please for everyone's sake, nobody point it out.

And yes, that was the sand-sailer the gaang found when they were in the desert, I love that you picked up on that! Personally, I am just impressed about how the writers can give an entire episode to a character that cannot speak.

I can't wait for next episode. It is personally one of my favorite episodes.

Adam is Magic

I hope this episode showed why we we’re mad that you didn’t like Aang in the desert it’s because Appa and him are more than just friends their bonded together on a spiritual level.

Adam is Magic

It’s so good every episode from here on in the series and season is good.

Well, time to cry about Appa again😭😭

I think you confused the last guy that captured Appa with the firebending circus guy. That last guy is the cultural minister of Ba Sing Se and head of the Dai Li. He threatened the Team Avatar in "City of Walls and Secrets" about how it would be a shame if Aang couldn't find Appa. He is also an earthbender. Great reaction btw. This is one of my favorite episodes. It's so powerful and always gets me teary eyed.

He never said he didn't like Aang in that episode...he just said that Aang was being annoying, and come on, he was. Yes, it's totally understandable why Aang reacted the way he did, but just because you understand why someone is being a jerk doesn't mean they're not still being one and that you're not allowed to point that out. Also, I like that the show lets Aang be a jerk and be in the wrong at times, it makes him a human being rather than just a paragon.

I like how watching this episode really shows how much you care about Appa.
