I love your (not so gentle) ribbing of these flicks 😂 Tbf, the books are way better, and unless you've read them, you wouldn't get several things portrayed in the movies. Like the screaming when bitten. The venom is excruciating. It quite literally feels like your limbs are burning off. Their skin and bodies are like marble, so when they break, they break. The reason the "bad" vamps have red eyes are because they drink human blood. Animal drinkers have topaz eyes, but all vamps have black eyes when thirsty... the reason Edward looked so miserable every time he and Bella were close in the first two movies, was because it does physically hurt him to be near her because her blood smells so tasty to him.. there are more things like that, but yeah.. had i not read the books, I'm pretty sure I would've hated the movies.. 🤔 the scene in the tent and the following morning is actually quite good in the book. Really looking forward to the next two, just to finish off the saga 😁
