And btw this episode is just good for everyone, it doesn't matter if one ships Stalia or Stydia, the memories with Scott and Stiles, Malia and Stiles and Lydia and Stiles are just emotional either way I think, ship or not

I think you missed something with the ghostriders when you were scribbling down something. Liam didn't just shoot them, he used their own gun to do so. Like the ghostriders use those guns to shoot and erease people, so "what happens when they're shot with their own gun?". I was thinking since it's their own gun, that it did something else besides a normal gunshot maybe..

Also, around 29:00 - and then a minute later Lydia commenting on it. "It was a light and a strange nise, no Stiles". Like Scott and Malia also remembered Stiles, and something happend when they did. But in the end Lydia's memories of Stiles was what ultimately opened the rift. But Scott and Malia's memories helped with it. At least that's what I want to believe. Because Stiles was special and important to all of them:)

I get why Stydia shippers love this, but it's so fan service-y and doesn't feel deserved since there was so little buildup. Don't like the implication that Lydia's connection to Stiles was stronger than Scott's. And agreed - they did Stalia SO DIRTY. Also the flare scene is one of my all-time favorites.

I mean stalia became cute throughout season 4 and I ended up shipping them, but they literally had no buildup and at the beginning it felt very forced. The best ship is still Stiles and Cora imo haha

Agree Stalia started fast, but then they developed it slowly into an amazing relationship. This was an entire episode dedicated to a love affair that hasn't happened yet

I would not say it was an entire episode dedicated to a love affair. Lydia finally admitting her feelings for Stiles was a very good moment if you see where they came from in seasons 1 and 2. Some people say this was fan service and I can understand that point, but I believe the show was planning for them to end up together since season 1 tbh. And Altough I shipped stalia during season 4, imo Malia deserves to be with someone who loves her 100%. Not that Stiles didn't do that during season 4, but I think a part of him always wanted to be with Lydia. But I agree that Scott should have been the one with the strongest connection.

About the ghost riders thing they clearly cut a bit of the fight because when they got back they were in two separate rooms fighting two different ghost riders but yeah, they shouldn't have been able to defeat so many of them in the first place when Scott and the others couldn't. Sure we can say they're weaker because everyone is remembering now, but I don't think Jeff Davis actually thought about that, he just did what he always does with villains, wich is making them look invincible when he needs to and making them loose when he needs the characters to win, that's it lol Still liked the dynamic between Theo and Liam so I didn't care much about that, but you're objectively right about that, it was too easy

I liked Scott and Allison better to be fair. Never liked Stiles and Malia. They were the definition of cringe (at least for me)

Why was it ok for Allison to save Scott at the end of season 5 because of how strong their connection was, yet it's not ok for Lydia to save Stiles? Lydia's connection to Stiles doesn't take Scott's connection away from him. Scott is Stiles brother but Stiles is not Scott's to covet. I feel like a few Sciles fans think of Stiles as Scott's atbd that's not cool at all. Stiles has his own connections with other people and they don't have anything to do with Scott but it doesn't eliminate the bond between Scott and Stiles, just like Allison being Scott's anchor didn't eliminate Stiles as his brother. Y'all are so hypocrite i swear

People are arguing about stalia and stydia while I'm over here loving both ships. anyone else ship both? because they feel like both Lydia and Malia both impacted stile's life in different ways. Malia was the first girl he's ever been with and it was his first relationship so ofc that has meaning, but then Lydia is the girl who stiles always cared and loved since the third grade. They are both wonderful ships and I'm happy with whoever he ends up with because at the end it matters on what makes stiles happy. I don't see how certain things about stydia can be fan service because they have been starting them out since the first episode when they introduced her. If they didn't think stydia would build out, then why did they need to introduce her character through stiles character. They made him the one who introduce her by saying "nothing amazing as ever happened to this town since the birth of Lydia Martin, hey Lydia you look like you're gonna ignore me" they could of just cut that out and make her own scene to intro but they didn't cuz they wanted to show another story of a boy who liked this popular girl who he thinks he would never have a chance with but obviously doesn't stop him from being an amazing friend which is what she needed when Jackson was emotional abusing her and when Aiden died. ofc they aren't gonna just rush into stiles asking her out and they werent gonna just let him wait for her to like him, it needed to take time for those moments to make her think about her feelings which is why they showed those moments, to show that it soon build up to her feeling things for him. They showed scenes of Lydia being jealous of Malia with stiles so like if you think about it and look back it shows a build up, A SLOW ONE but also an obvious one. (NO HATE PLEASE JUST STATING MY OPINION, I STILL LOVE BOTH LOL)
