i love Kira but i can understand what you mean. I wish they at least introduced her a little earlier and then made her a main character. I didn't like her at first either but when i rewatched it, she became my favorite female character besides Lydia. I also love how Kira and Scott's relationship isn't rushed, unlike Allison and Scott's was. Like they obviously like each other but it isn't overwhelming and they didn't get together right away.

When I first watched this episode and he says "Everyone has it but no one can lose it, what is it?" I thought it was your mind since they were doing the Lose Your Mind thing. Scott and Stiles moment was perfect.

you asked about "whats wrong with stiles".... so he is possessed by a nogitsune... kira is a kitsune (fox). nogitsune is one of 13 types of kitsune, its the dark fox that feeds on pain, misery and chaos. Since stiles was already having mind issues after the tree thing, the nogitsune spirit jumped into stiles and has been controlling him on and off, getting more and more powerful. The how and why gets explained later in next couple episodes though :)
