First Suspension (15,000 Followers): Drawing Boosette -> 2 DMCAs for the same pic because I reblogged it with an edit! This double barreled copyright bullshit got me instantly suspended... But, Boosette is an original character imagined up by the internet that Nintendo don't own. It's honestly absurd that anyone would even think to try and copyright claim a picture of fucking Boosette, and absolutely no one at Nintendo would actually try this. The person that submits these DMCAs is a long time suspected fake. Anyone can send false DMCAs to get an account taken down on Twitter.

Appeals were sent out for the DMCAs, and there was NO RESPONSE.

Second Suspension (2000 Followers): No reason given! No email, no message, nothing. Thanks multi-million dollar corporation for taking a shit on my pride and joy.

Appeal has been sent out. Will I get a response? Like fuck I will.

Meanwhile, big 100,000-500,000+ follower artists can draw whatever they want and be just fine. Cutesexyrobutts has a pokemon character in their twitter banner and they're fine, yet a smaller artist gets completely and utterly wiped from the biggest source of new fans and followers for drawing an original character.

What am I to do? I'm trying to run a damn business while one of the worst websites in the world steps on me over nothing. I have important messages to reply to that I'm blocked from, fans to deliver content to. I couldn't be anymore harmless if I tried; I'm just an individual posting original art every few days. If that's a crime to Twitter, then they can go fuck themselves because I'm not stopping anytime soon.
