The sorcerer, Cyphus Agar, sought to create a permanent portal which would allow for instantaneous travel across the material plane. After years of study, preparation, and calculation, he was able to create such a portal… Only later would he learn that his portals have been manifested at several locations across the material plan, as well as on several other planes of existence.  Cyphus’ Portals will take you where you want to go… about 90% of the time.
