Hiiro (39)
I received a royal villa and moved in. It was spacious, with many servants, but since I wasn’t the one paying their salaries with my own money, I gratefully made use of them.

At some point, I'd like to move back to the previous size of estate, but due to security concerns, Akemi judged this to be better, so it seems we won't be moving for a while.

While caught up in the move, Naruhito gradually became more and more immobile. It accumulated to the point where we started thinking it wasn’t just a slight illness.
Naruhito ended up spending most of the time on the bed, dozing off without realizing it.

Occasionally waking up to eat congee or rice gruel and go to the bathroom, only to doze off again.

He, himself, looked apologetic, frowning.
However, seeing him seeming lazy made me worry endlessly.

Before long, I was consumed by the fear of what would happen if Naruhito couldn't open his eyes after sleeping, and I found it difficult to sleep myself.

Listening to his sleeping breath on the same bed, I felt relieved as consciousness faded.
After a while, anxiety struck my chest suddenly, causing me to hastily wake up, only to be reassured by their breathing, repeating this cycle.

Thinking this wasn't right, I couldn't bring myself to do anything.

Ikumatsu probably thought this was fine, occasionally just observing with an IV drip.

There was an unfamiliar guard outside the room. Laughter echoed from within the room.
Somehow irritated, I opened the door, finding Naruhito surrounded by women, chatting.

He was completely leaning against Aoba on her lap, laughing as he looked at me.
He must be eating candy; drool was spilling from the corner of his mouth.

Please don't leave me behind.

I thought as I licked the drool.

My chest felt tight and painful.

I agreed to lie down on the bed while they watched over Naruhito.

I thought I couldn't sleep because of the noise, but the women's voices were strangely comforting, allowing me to sleep deeply for the first time in a while.

When I woke up, it was already midnight, with Naruhito's slender right arm almost embracing me.

We still haven't decided on his birthday. We are going to hold a birthday party for you, right?

Didn't you say you wanted to go on a date?

Please, don't leave me behind.
