There already was last week. The Idea is that the 25$ builds are released some time in advance to our Member tier supporters to play earlier. They then give us feedback about improvements they want, additions, bugs, and balances which we work into the game as we can. Then 1-2 weeks later we release the worked up version of that build for all other tiers (public and 10$).

Why don't I have music in the fishing village in sandbox mode?

The music was tied to the game mode I think. Since the sandbox is a different game mode, it doesnt play there.

When i click login on the launcher the program crashes. Been happening for awhile now. I have the launcher extracted from the zip.

Im a $30 tier patreon, but when i try to cheat menu possess, it says i must support the patreon? but i am thats how i got the download?

Is there a way to make it download faster? it also give me a bug (my download speed is 1gb but its locked to 3 mb on this launcher) I leave to download but it always gives me a bug after 40 mins of it downloading.

Hi Adeptus, the new animations and other fixes are very good in this update. However something that I don't like at all was the new sky system (Sandbox gameplay). Previously, in the 2021.10.25 version, the color at sunset (18 pm) and at night (3 am) gave a color that caused an almost realistic effect in the scenes. Especially using the cinematic camera. Now all the scenes seem to have a cheap filter that ruins all the realism of before. Now at no time at night the scenes can be played, since the characters are barely seen, even under the moon light. I should turn the brightness up to the maximum to give an effect similar to that of the 2021.10.25 version, but the sky is so bright that it seems like it was daytime. Worse still between 17 and 19 pm instead of giving a sunset effect it seems an apocalyptic effect the characters look completely red. I have some comparative images in case you want to see them, maybe I can send them to the mail. In case this has been configured intentionally, can you add a configuration in settings to activate the old sky system? The new one really takes away too much realism from the shots.

Hi, for some reason my game keeps starting up in VR mode. Is there any way to get it to start normally?

I think other people posted this issue before. The installation by the launcher, keeps aborting at different Stages of the download. One Gigabyte is the most I got. Most of the time it's already aborting at 200 MB. Since this issue was brought up before, I take, it's a known issue. Was there some solution to it already, which I was just too stupid to find or is this a every-one-for-themselves-issue?

There seems to be an issue with the login server. Unfortunately we arent owners of the site so currently its out of our control. But luckily we do offer the alternative direct download via mega which should work just fine.

For some reason the launcher is only letting me download the public build and I not the $10 build.

That probably doesnt have to do with your cancelling. It seems to be a bug on patreons end. We checked our launcher code and their servers are returning 0 for the pledge value for everyone. I suggest for the time being you use our alternative mega link. (If Mega throws a popup saying you should pay, scroll down, there should be a green button there that says continue download. WildLife has a business account and thus there should be no download size limit)

Hi everyone. I am so excited to be here. After playing the public version of Wild Life, I decided to become a Patreon and try out the full version. I'm having a blast playing this game but I am confused about a couple of things as I am not only new to Patreon but to Adeptus' masterpiece as well. Is 'Newest_2022_03_03' or '2021.12.22_Shipping_Full_Build_1' the latest version of Wild Life (10$ Build)? I feel it should be pretty obvious so sorry if it's a dumb question. That being asked, congratulations Adeptus Steve for creating what I feel is the best and most realistic adult RPG on the Internet. I really hope the development of Wild Life will spawn over many many years from now.

For some reason, I keep getting a popup that says "an exception occurred during a WebClient request" when I try to install the actual game files using the launcher. Is this a recurring issue or is it something I did wrong?

You've had it good somehow good sir!!!! <3 I've been in your seat before, and ended up with a massive go fuck you after not paying a follow up subscription on here. I was always a solid supporter since the early days, Then after like a few months of no supporting from me due to lack of income due to UK furlough/covid issues last year. After coming out of my furlough contract after a month, I then came back to pledging my exact same high original day one pledge as before.. I randomly ended up loosing all of my original early patreon pledged subscriptions, Then loosing all future supported subscription perks that should have originally been linked and carried across. My pledges ended up as a basic pledge, Despite being an oiginal pledger to them from day one, to now and being granted fuck all. I've tried to bring this up with the admins before but to no avail. I've literally just had enough of pledging money towards this really good dev team to literally no avail again and again and again. such a shame.

I have the "an exception occurred during a WebClient request" error with the launcher, troubleshooting with the document had no success. Mega is extremely slow for me, which I think is due to me being in an internet restricted country and using VPN. In the past I have had success using Mediafire and a download client on my end. And thanks for the heads up.

Document didn't help but I got around it. Just in case it's useful; I had to download the Mega desktop app, which took about 4 hours in itself, then I got good download speeds on the files themselves.

Ran into the webclient issue a few times myself due to bad WiFi. the cause of the Problem is : webClient.DownloadFileAsync(new Uri(link), Settings.Default.lastOutputPath + "\\WildLifeBuild.zip"); you should be using System.Net.HttpWebRequest rather than System.Net.Webclient as webclient does not support resuming downloads and therefore is unreliable for files over 100-500MB. you can check out https://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?669162-WebClient-DownloadFileAsync-with-resume-support for an override to DowloadFileAsync (C# version in post #7) or just use it as a reference

Is the alternative classic download censored? I keep trying to download it through the launcher but is really slow and after like 4 hours it gives me an error and the download resets. does this happen to anyone else?

Should be as easy as pluggin in the HMD and then pressing Alt+0(zero) while ingame. Note we do not have controller support or UI navigation implemented.
