Kat is a corporate spy selling some trade secrets to a mysterious client. She's smart and brought back up. But she doesn't want to spook the client so gets him to wait in the car and keep in radio contact.

The buyer walks in and demands to see the file. He looks it over and Kat demands to see the money. The buyer reaches for something - but instead of cash he pulls out his knife.

Before Kat can react, the buyer grabs her gun hand and stabs her in the belly, pushing her up against the wall. He twists the knife inside her guts to cause maximum damage, as Kat reacts in shock and pain.

He pulls the knife from her belly and quickly stabs her a few more times in the guts to ensure her wounds are fatal. He pulls his knife from her belly, picks up the file and leaves Kat to die.

She slides down the wall and clutches her stab wounds, trying to keep her blood inside her body. As her blood flows from her belly wound, she becomes weaker and weaker - coughing up blood before succumbing to her wounds and dying.
