Updated $25 and $50 tier rewards (Patreon)

Hey everyone! I've slightly adjusted the $25+ rewards! Instead of a vague "priority voting" I've changed it so that you can submit 1-2 characters that are guaranteed to make it onto the poll for everyone. 

Note that this doesn't guarantee that your submitted character will be the winner for the Patron Poll, and if a character doesn't fit within my normal rules (like if that character is underage - or if they appear underage*), they will be rejected and you can submit a new character instead. 

Otherwise, there are no other changes! Commission discounts and the like are still included! <3 

*Characters that are of fictional races/cultures with drastically different ages of consent or maturation rates will be judged based on their real-life analog. If that character looks like they're maybe 10 years old, but "they're really hundreds of years old," then they will be rejected.
