Domina, I will be using this file daily early in the morning before I start my own meditation that I have been practicing for twenty-plus years, along with martial arts (Eastern style) and Qigong movements. Your presentation, voice and instruction are both beautiful and relaxing, allowing for the mind to be clear/peaceful. You're breathing techniques are easy to do and effective. Everyone should listen to this, to quiet their minds etc. daily. Again, beautifully done. Thank you Domina.
