Vice la France! What an honor. You should frame those invitations. I bet your mother is over the moon, that her daughter is being honored by the President for drawing the spotlight on French heritage and architecture. You drew a tear? My ancient hormones had me bawling like a baby. Thank you for taking us along for the ride ( not just the parade, but your journey). I am proud to be an armchair participant. It may just be the price of a pizza to me, but it all adds up to creating a wonderland that I will one day come to visit. I am taking French lessons thanks to you. It is YOUR infectious enthusiasm, your unabashed joy in most everything you endeavor to do, your rapture in seeing the results of everyone’s labors that started it all. You are the catalyst, we just threw gas on the flame and watched you go from afar. You may feel it is now a cliche, but it is the “Life, Love, and Laughter” that is the nucleus that acts as a load stone to draw all of the lovely and talented people that surround you. That was the helped so many of us through COVID, especially here in the US, where it was total insanity driven by fear. That, and living through you, since our lives were more restricted in smaller confines. You deserve this honor. I am glad to have contributed in a small way. Congratulations.

One more point…. We would not be celebrating with you today, if Michael Petherick had not pushed you onto YouTube. You have expressed your gratitude for that in some of your vlogs , but I think he deserves a special mention today. Thank you Michael, for all you have done to help Stephanie along the way.
