Just to clarify…in America, the eggs you buy in the store are washed and refrigerated. I think it’s because our FDA (food drug administration) thought it better to avoid contamination from chicken poo). Many Hobby farms here or people that have their own chickens also choose not to wash eggs. I would only wash if very soiled, otherwise keep that protective coating on them! ❤️
