I love the idea of the 4 rooms being based on the seasons. I'm doing some similar theming in my home. I am obsessed with Art Nouveau so, I'm getting the classic prints of the ladies that represent the seasons to reinforce the idea :)

Perhaps you could try subject matter type filming and create a stock of video to use to create a themed video, ie Chateau Diaries, Patreon, Shorts, etc. This might affect editing time, but your time consuming "run here, run there" filming would be significantly reduced. I also think your "Shorts" might be better grouped rather than edit and post them all separately. At any rate, I love what you do with all of them, but your time needs to be conserved.
