Ooo! What a lovely surprise for my day off - better go and get some popcorn!

Anonymous

The new plates looks stunning! ♥️

Anonymous

My you’re up late! It’s my bed time 5 hours behind you! Still going to watch now though ;)

Anonymous

Wow! Burning the midnight oil! I will add this to my cue to watch. :)

Anonymous

Is anyone else having trouble viewing the video?

Anonymous

Mine just got stuck at about 5 mins in... peculiar. Never mind it’s going again when I copied the link to my YouTube app instead of viewing from Patreon.

Anonymous

Oh my it’s the middle of the night for you! Super big thank you for staying up to post. It’s dinner time for me so I’m going to sit down and watch this while hubby cooks 💕

Anonymous

Perfect day for this video for me! I found a beautiful white and gold floral Limoges cake stand at a flea market in South Carolina (US) today for just $3!! I was so excited! The influence is strong with Lalande 🤗💗

Anonymous

Its just after lunch for me and those are lovely new plates, a bit quirky which adds to their cuteness.

Anonymous

Tell Hanni I like her new haircut, it really suits her.

Anonymous

Beautiful 😍👍

Anonymous

Very pretty 💛

Anonymous

So beautiful! You and Phillipe made a great team. Loved his purchase as well. Great times and needed today. I too love porcelain and would rather buy it than other things. I used to do dinner parties but not so much any more.

Anonymous

Great video! Kat just doesn't understand "they are just plates to eat from". 😁😂Wonderful table setting! Thank you so much!

Anonymous

Oh Wow Stephanie! you are up late to upload this. Thank you for your commitment to post videos but please take care. I worry that you work all hours for us. Love this video outing. Gorgeous table at the end! I too love porcelain, and glass, and pottery and could collect it always. How wonderful to have the Limoges factory store so close by. Thank you!!! Love to all

Anonymous

I find it so fun when two people who are really passionate about the same topic, e.g., porcelain from Limoges, have a chance to get together and really exercise their enthusiasm to the fullest. Knowledge! Appreciation! I come out with more understanding and such enjoyment. Thank you!

Anonymous

Ohh so very lovely! Thank you for sharing your shopping trip! Maybe one day I’ll have a chance to eat at your table!

Anonymous

Love Hanni's haircut! And Kat had me in stitches as usual. Thanks for taking us along to the factory shop again 😃

Anonymous

How beautiful! Seeing the plates set up at the table was so gratifying. Philippe is clearly a kindred spirit...

Anonymous

Yes, please tell Hanni I LOVE her new cut! It is so perfect for her! What a gorgeous day ! I can't wait to go again ! Please soon !!

Anonymous

Can’t get it to load ☹️

Anonymous

This was so nice to learn about your porcelain. Gorgeous setting and lovely 🎼 🎵 Thank you for sharing your adventures! Aloha🌼🌸

Anonymous

I got a kick out of Selma at dinner time. He comes in the kitchen, grabs food and runs back to his camper. How Social of him. hee hee hee Stephanie always gets the cutest volunteers. I think the reason why I never get tired or board with this channel is because it's always so fresh and one thing is not focused on too long, i.e. 35 minutes just to sand a front door. lol I died laughing when Step said Mummy would disown her if she paid over 500 for some plates. lol I got this video near 9pm US time tonight. I hope Step wasn't uploaded near 4am her time tonight/her early morning??

Anonymous

Did anyone else notice that Mummy was wearing one of her presents she got the today? The necklace to keep her eye glasses around her neck. lol Speaking of which, can you all believe Stephanie's Charity Channel has almost as many subscribers as her Diary Channel in less than 6 weeks ? WOW

Anonymous

TOO FUNNY....both Marie (flower Marie) and Oliver are scared to be around fancy breakable dishes. lol

Anonymous

AHHHH I'm so happy Phillipe bought the plates! I would have cried if he passed them up. They were a purchase he'll cherish and use his whole life. Honestly if eating off something lovely doesn't matter you might as well just eat out of the pan or package... The chinoiserie plates for the dining room are lovely, too. Bravo Team Lalande!

Anonymous

The video isn’t loading for me :(

Anonymous

So much fun, fun, fun....until I can go myself the next best thing is having you take us along with you on your adventures. Thank you 🇦🇺💕💐

Anonymous

LOVE THE GOLD DINNERWARE WITH THE VOLUNTEERS GOLD PLATES.

Anonymous

Lovely table ensemble! Très chic!

Anonymous

I noticed that. Not surprising! We are a loyal group. Hehehe!

Anonymous

It’s been saying “error “ 10x so I can’t play the video 😞

Anonymous

What a wonderful table! I'm rather like Kat. A plate is a plate, is a plate. And then this! Wow!. Simply gorgeous. Not sure i would want to eat off them 😉 certainly wouldn't want to have to wash them.... But they do look great!

Anonymous

Thank you Stephanie for taking us along on your journey...I learn so much from you in so many aspects that I never thought I would even want to know,,you make it so interesting and exciting ❤️

Anonymous

Video error :(

Anonymous

Ahh...but are they dishwasher proof? I have mix matched kitchen dishes but BC (before children) I used to collect Norwegian Figgjo Porcelain in the Lotte pattern which is now sadly discontinued and of course are very expensive to replace. C'est la vie! A x

Anonymous

That was so much fun. I’m so glad Philippe purchased those beautiful gold plates , he’ll treasure them forever. The table at the end looked stunning . 💜

Anonymous

Those plates are stunning!

Anonymous

Wow, Wow!! Very cool vlog!! Love Philippe's aesthetic. Hanni's haircut rocks!!

Georgette Jones

I have a new respect for dinner plates❣️

Anonymous

The table setting was beautiful, however I'm with Kat - I'm a bit of a foodie and they are plates for food 😳

Anonymous

Getting error , will not play , I just updated the app for iOS as well maybe this is causing the error

Anonymous

i would love to see some more chinoserie paintings in the dining room it would look amazing!!

Anonymous

I’ve given up.

Anonymous

Bed time

Anonymous

Who would have thought porcelain would make me smile so much. Thank you Stephanie and Phillipe....

Anonymous

Error for me also

Anonymous

Philippe, je nieuwe borden zijn schitterend! Heel veel plezier ervan 🙃

Anonymous

What an ABSOLUTE story he has to go with the plates! Well worth the price to tell your guests they are dining on the plates commissioned for a SULTAN!! That's just TOO good. I love it. Stephanie yours are perfect. I can't believe I found a channel that loves porcelain, fabrics, decorating and all the things that I do. My family and friends just roll their eyes in the back of their heads when I get going about this stuff. lol It's fun to watch!

Anonymous

Im getting an error message Unable to watch 😞

Anonymous

Anonymous

Fabulous insight of the Limoges Factory, i have been once before but on seeing this I am making plans to go again. Beautiful table arrangement by Stephanie and Phillipe, you both have great tastes in Porcelain. Love this vlog. Love to all at La Lande and love from the Dordogne xxx.

Anonymous

Fabulous! We are off to get more Spode as a result!I think the ceramics industry owe you an award!xx

Simon Pollitt

Oh dear - I think Natalie is going to have to supervise Stephanie and Phillipe’s trips to Porcelain factories in future! Lovely plates! I like plates to! But setting a table at midnight....lol

Anonymous

Hi Christine, when I moved to Dordogne I was told I would meet many English people ( I'm Scottish ) but so far none ! I'm near St Astier, xoxo Stephanie

Anonymous

Stephanie you were looking for Patreon video ideas but just driving around the countryside and small towns would interest non French people to give them an idea of the culture. I never tire of the French countryside and have just moved to the Dordogne region and it's quite hilly with lots of winding rivers with villages on and they are so well kept. hugs xxx

Anonymous

So much beautiful porcelain to choose from! You are so lucky, we have nothing like this. This was fun to watch, thank you for sharing.

I am shamelessly in love with this. And with Stephanie. And with Nattie (-y? not -ie?). And with table settings at any hour of the day.

Anonymous

So beautiful 😍

Anonymous

fantastic video!! Thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you!! What a lovely bunch you all are ❤️

Anonymous

Well I was just in absolute heaven watching this. I am booked onto one of the road trips next year and I am saving up now,! .....& possibly buying a bigger car. Ha! 🙃🍽🍽🍽

Anonymous

What a great video. I love how passionate some people are over plates and some not. Cat is hilarious, I can see her point in a way but I do like a nice plate! Did Natalia buy the beautiful butterfly coffee cup in the end!? The laid table at the end was magnificent! X

Anonymous

I laughed when I heard Stephanie talking about Denby stoneware. I have some Denby that is just about $100 per plate now. I love my precious porcelain and china ones more, but still the Denby is nice.

Anonymous

Love the gold set Phillip. Great buy!

Anonymous

The plates are beautiful but...I must agree with Kat. Plates are plates :) I'm more interested in what they hold ! lol I do appreciate the creativity in both the making of the plate as well as placement. I only use my nice place settings at Thanksgiving and Christmas but having a fancy beautiful table definitely makes the occasion even more special ! All that aside...thank you for making these videos ! I love learning about all sorts of subjects. Porcelain, fabrics, art...love love it !

Anonymous

Beautiful plates Phillip bought, but I did love the Faberge plates that you picked up Stephanie at the beginning, I must go to Limoges when we eventually visit the chateau and of course the Brocante, love your video they brighten up my day and give me something to look forward to through the week. Kat is so funny and love her voice, so pleased Natalia got a shop in , and of course everyone loves a Zara shop xx

Anonymous

Ha Ha Cat is so funny with her total lack of porcelain comprehension - she's just like my sister while Me and My Mom always want to eat from the beautiful plates my sister sees it mostly as just something to eat from.

Anonymous

Good call, Stephanie! I would have selected exactly those same chinoiserie plates. They are perfect. They scream 18th century, and in that dining room they are the best choice.

Anonymous

Very lovely Patreon vlog I thoroughly enjoyed it Thank you Stephanie, Nati, and Phillipi.

Anonymous

After watching your video.... I am now in love with porcelain dinner service.

Anonymous

Wouldn't I loved to have been there too. What beautiful porcelain. Thank you really enjoyed watching

Anonymous

Thank You for taking us on this beautiful journey 🌸 I’m in love with the cup reflecting the butterflys from the saucer - I wish I was there to buy them 💖 Loved the table set up

Anonymous

Lovely this video, i wathed it twice... there is a lot to see and I stopt it severell times so see it better... enjoyed it a lot. Great buy.. yours and Philippi too. Great story behind these plates.

Anonymous

The table set up was great..hope you dint get dronk to emty all the glasses ( lol)

Anonymous

Such lovely china, it’s inspiring me to start collecting some of my own 🤔😉

Anonymous

I think we need a special fund to get the chinoiserie black and gold plates for the dining room! They are PERFECT

Terrie Powell

Absolutely gorgeous porcelain! I don’t know how you would choose!!!! Stephanie thank you for taking us with you teaching us about all Limoges!!!

Anonymous

It's like GTA 5 but with plates Dad says Hayden. :) Love it!

Anonymous

Lovely plates. I truly liked the bread plate from Phillips choice.

Anonymous

Beautiful! 'But, they are just plates!' Love it! Fantastic, elegant, and historic table setting! My mom always said 'don't just display everything in the china cabinet use them, enjoy them, and share them' and I do with my 1970s Mikasa, Kabuki dinner set for 12. Not Limoges or Spode; but ,every piece is much cherished from the serving pieces, butter dish, lunch plate , dinner plate, fruit bowls, soup bowls, cream and sugar and tea cups and saucers. And then I have inherited my mother's Scottish Queen o' the Highlands Thislte tea set that my grandmother gave her that has a beautiful linen table cloth to almost match. Then, I have a very rustic beautiful Polish ceramic set of mix and match. My Coronation silver plate is an old set. Also have some crystal wine glasses from 19th century that were given to my Father for me. You inspire us. You make us enjoy our pieces even more. Life should be celebrated and what better way sharing a meal, a toast and remembering the events with beautiful 'just plates'. Thank you for reminding us of 'Joe de vie'!~k I'm saving everything for my grand daughter. My son and his wife are minimalistic in style, everything is beautiful; but, everything is white, black or gray.

Anonymous

Such a treat and a wonderful escape. Thanks so much. And yes, Phlilippe , not such a good influence, but in a good way.

Anonymous

Totally in love with the plates Philippe bought

Anonymous

“Ay these look like the workmanship of heaven; this is the porcelain clay of human kind, and therefore cast into these noble molds” - John Dryden. What a wonderful vlog Thankyou for sharing 😀

Anonymous

Oh absolutely excitingly beautiful! I LOVED LOVED LOVED this vlog (I love all of them of course, but this struck my heart and joy thermometer!) Thank you for filming this, dear Stephanie. Loved meeting Phillip, too, a kindred porcelain lover spirit willing to make his own purchase/investment for beauty. Hope to see more of him and for another adventure to more factory shops! I so wish there were Emmaus thrift shops and porcelain factory shops near us. We do have a Vietri Italian dinnerware outlet shop not all that far from us here in Central North Carolina, but eBay is our chief thrifting source for finding sweet porcelain discoveries. Did I thank you already? (smile) Well, thank you again!

Anonymous

Stunning plates! Love shopping with you Stephanie. You're very good at showing us things, you linger long enough when you film so that we get a proper look. Your dining room is FAB. Phillip is perfect to go shopping with, he would no doubt enjoy all sorts of antiques, a precious young man. Thank you for another inspiring & fun video, JUST what one needs in these pandemic times. You will be a good "friend" to have through the winter, I live in Norway and hate winter, so I am just bracing myself now for winter+covid. Then I shall counter act it with Stephanie+Lalanders. Bon nuit! x

Anonymous

PS It's fall here and I can't find Selmar's Apple Pie recipe? Is there a link to it? Thank you again! Biggest Hugs!

Anonymous

McD's and porcelain. I want both. Cheers and thanks for the day-in-the-life view!

Anonymous

I'm beginning to wonder if you all ever sleep! The porcelain collection is gorgeous. The future porcelain room will be a beautiful sight. Thanks for taking us out for the adventure. I love seeing both the drive and the destination. It makes me feel like I am there along with you.

Anonymous

My mom had a full set of limoges in blood red and the gold with the impressions, my sister inherited that

Anonymous

I got very excited when Denby was mentioned, having grown up in Derby everyone has a Denby dinner service or more. In fact my first breakfast bowl was a Denby bowl with a train and track painted on the bottom. But we are very luck to also have the Royal Crown Derby factory close to hand, which I’m sure Stephanie would love. Thank you for all the great videos

Anonymous

I am totally hysterical laughing at Kat. I inherited my parent's china. I dragged it around the country every time I moved. It was heavy and was always worried it would break. About 30 years ago, I sold the entire lot. FREEDOM! Now I live alone, am a widow, and have a mis-match of a few white round and oval casserole bowls.

Anonymous

Adding to the above, I purchase them at yard sales and charity shops.

Anonymous

I'm with you Kat. To me, the food is the object. Stephanie's collection is wonderful to see. I love my white mis-matched set just as much.

Jane Nunn

I'm having trouble getting logged in & staying in?

Anonymous

Stephanie, you are such a wonderful shopper.Your appreciation for all the displays is contagious and makes us wish we could be there.

Anonymous

wow! the gold set is stunning! I love porcelaine more and more with your influence! lol

Anonymous

50 euro is an incredible bargain for the plates.. the macron cake looks so good. Just a thought, I am a potter and ceramist, the possible reason why the plates in set could be cheaper is that there are normally many more plate molds in a factory because they can be set flat and take up much less space, also plates can be stacked much higher inside a kiln than bowls and other accessory or different shaped items , hence lessening the cost of firing. This is only speculative but it is the reason I can produce more plates than bowls etc in a kiln firing.

Anonymous

Kat is GREAT!

Anonymous

Kat cracks me up. I have to agree with her about plates, but they do look beautiful. She actually seems familiar to me somehow. I'm sure we don't know each other but she must remind me of someone.

Anonymous

Ok so I am/was on the Kat team - I mean how much!!! - a plate is a plate BUT Stephanie I so love what you do with them, and a week ago I found myself saying "oh what a lovely Spode set".....Eh?.....I morphed from Kat into Steph...I just hope Natti is my next morph as I really can't buy something I know I will eventually drop .....or maybe morph into selmar and turn some wooden plates from a leftover chair leg???

Anonymous

Its impossible for something to be "too Empire"!

Anonymous

Hi Nancy, scroll down the page to May 19th when it was posted - keen to make it myself!

Anonymous

What beautiful porcelain.

Anonymous

I’m obsessed with nice china but my obsession runs more to tea things. And vintage embroidered or tatted linens of all sorts. I bet you find amazing ones in the brocants.

Anonymous

Thank you for your comment! Good to know! I learned something new because of you!!!! Awesome : ) ! XOXO

Anonymous

Gorgeous plates!! Gorgeous people!! So happy, effervescent as a matter of fact, to be a new patron. 🌺🌸🌺

Anonymous

The trip out was wonderful, I do agree with Kat to some extent but you have to have the right plate for the food, be it a pasta bowl for Pasta, and certain foods do need that extra something to be displayed on, I have all white but also have odd items that have colour. Like you need a decent shaped glass for red wine, it just tastes better. Loved the table setting very pretty. Hanni’s new style is good - did Annalise do it (I’m right in thinking she’s a hairdresser?). Your new guys have settled in well. How’s the building of the Hen Houses going ? Great vlog you are all a great tonic🥂🍾💕

Anonymous

loved the factory shop bute plates good buys you must show other factory shops nice to see

Anonymous

Nearly to 22k 🤣😂🤣😂

Anonymous

Thank you for the factory tour! Now I need a set of Limoges porcelain!

Anonymous

I thought Phillip showed restraint lol after I found out it would only be I and the sultan that had them I would of splashed out and bought everything they had 😂😂

Denise Behrends

Such gorgeous Limoges porcelain. I adore the exotic glamour of the chinoiserie paired with the charming mis-matched patterns in your place settings.

Anonymous

Stephanie one of my fav vlogs so far was in heaven ! As a China fanatic buyer seller collector of some 30+ years I adored this and the beautiful plates I couldn’t choose a favourite ! Pity my young sons and daughter just don’t appreciate my china collection but I live in hope ! I loved Stephanies choice of plates and Phillips are just stunning ! Thank you for sharing xx 😘

Anonymous

What a beautiful adventure to be allowed to travel along side of--shopping, selecting, sharing, and table setting! Thank you!

Brenda Mcgee

Lovely visit to the porcelain shop I’ve learnt so much while viewing the Lalande vlogs. My mother grandmother aunts loved beautiful delicate porcelain dishes.Cat is so hilarious-They’re only plates. To visit the chateau is to be immersed in exquisite beauty company and lovely Stephanie and Madam Isabelle.Thankyou Stephanie❤️❤️

Anna Ibarra

I just love the trips shopping, learning about porcelain, lovely patterns & history. The tales they have, just spectacular. I’ve love porcelain from my younger days and never could afford pretty ones, but as a Military spouse, I took advantage of our moves, found some in a thrift store, just my purse size $. Lol. So I fell in love with Phippes choice as I love white plates and I love gold. Sorry Kat, your are truly hilarious. But when food is presented well on plate, I feel as it is a deserved right to that privileged dinning. Plus living in a chateau it is only right for a tables to be set and enjoyed. I was so happy when Phippe got his set, wish he could have splurge more and got more of that great find. 😍👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Ok Stephanie great vlog!

Anonymous

Really like the black set. I have an item on my bucket list now

Anonymous

Yes, although i just realised that its also the end of the month. Fingers crossed that the numbers dont go down!

Anonymous

Ehats happening with the restoration of the chateau...saint Cecelia window and the restoring of the murals...have they begun?

Anonymous

I used to be like Kat. But, I think you changed my mind Stephanie. I think I can get into porcelain plates. They are truly works of art! Love from Jersey.

Anonymous

I don't understand people who cannot appreciate a beautifully laid table - each plate a work of art. Just lovely.

Garrie and Cindy Garrison

Once I had friends to dinner and laid a beautiful table with my grandmother's sterling flatware and crystal glasses, and the husband of the couple said "gosh, why'd you put on the dog for US?" I thought it honored my guests, but his comment made me feel embarrassment that maybe it looked like showing off. Your lovely tables have reminded me that it's been so long that we have suffered "bed head" and the unshaven look being called "casual" in America maybe we've forgotten how to enjoy a little charm! Thank you so much! China, silver and flowers for us!

Anonymous

I was just re-watching the Christmas Diaries while recovering from a cold. I thought it could be a great fundraiser to make the wrapping paper made from Stephanie’s Father’s painting available to purchase(?). Just an idea,?id snap some up in an instant 🎄

Anonymous

So many gorgeous plates! My mother would have been in heaven in that store. The Pallas Simili plates were almost identical to my grandmother's wedding china. My niece ended up with it, because no one in the family wanted it! A designer suggested going to auctions to collect some really nice china--mixing and matching them with other sets, much like your table setting. I've been finding some lovely sets at estate sales in the U.S. Do you have any Flora Danica in your collection? My grandmother had a large set that we sold at auction. I don't think any of us could eat off of it without worrying! Very expensive china. Thank you so much for taking us along on your journey to the factory store! I know where I want to go on my next trip to France!

Anonymous

Stephanie, because of your dyson airwrap and gorgeous new hair. I just had to go and buy one for my Birthday in October.... I'm hoping my hair will look as good as yours! :)

Ramon

Wonderful again. Please, please more interviews again!

Anonymous

Limoge should make a Stephanie Jarvis pattern since you are ALWAYS swooning over and sharing their wares!

Anonymous

The dinner plates that Philippe purchased from Raynaud are amazing. They are a special order pattern called Chelsea and they retail for 208 €. What a find!

Anonymous

This was an exquisite experience. Nothing wrong with wanting to create more beauty and bring more art into the world! I have absolutely no qualms with buying more porcelain. It has a threefold purpose in my opinion: art, serviceable and history… What more could you ask! Well done, Philip!! I am excited for you! And thank you Stephanie, for your passion in regards to porcelain and showing us all these wonderful places to shop when I finally get to France one day! Love love love thank you thank you thank you!

Anonymous

This is one of my favorite videos! How I would love to be visiting the Limoges shop with y’all, and adding to my own collections!

Anonymous

Love a bit of chinoiserie, me. "Fewer than twelve" - Yes, Cat!

Anonymous

Love this video. Great purchases as well.

Daniel Hammond

McDonalds?! In France???!!!! How shocking! LOL! Mind you, I must admit, I am equally guilty, since the last time that I recall eating McDonalds (I always call them SpewDonalds!) was actually in Paris. I was going to Rheim to guzzle on champagne and I wanted a solid breakfast very early in the morning before anything was open. McDonalds it was and it did at least save me from becoming inebriated due to inadequate food intake prior to champagne intake. I love the plates.

Anonymous

It's a good thing I don't live close to Limoges. I LOVE china. The Rose du Paris set made my heart skip a beat. Hoping to learn a few words of French and come to visit you all. I'm a new Patron and enjoying catching up on all your videos. Hugs to all the LeLanders!

Anonymous

OMG! You have Spode Woodlands, my Favorite!!! I also love Spode Woodland Stream and Woodland Wildlife. and any other collection in the series. I purchased different pieces of Spode Woodland for my Christmas presents this year, even to people who aren't "china" people. If you love Moose, you'll love a cereal bowl with a beautiful Moose emblazoned on it, or tea cup or coffee mug.

Anonymous

Just BEAUTIFUL table 🎖

Anonymous

So nice to get to see Limoge as I missed it when I traveled through France. I did collect many in the U.S. I really enjoy collecting the little snuff boxes by Limits very easy to pack! Phillip those plates are incroyable

Anonymous

I would love to go shopping at the Limoges factory store. So beautiful.

Debbie Jeffries

They were all so lovely but Philips plates left me weak in the knees🥴
