Sorry to hear about the engineer's report. I am a structural engineer working with historic buildings and it seems ridiculous that they havent given you what you have asked as it is quite a simple thing to calculate and produce. I really wish i could help you with it but i am working in England

Golly, the heating and grand salon just can't catch a break. It seems so many projects never move forward. Might be good to do a patron update on every project covered by your patron funds as I am getting lost with all the delays - LOL I follow many chateau's in France and they are getting major projects done relatively quickly. Perhaps you can use the same tradesmen that some Chateau's fairly close to you can recommend? Must be so frustrating.
