I hardly dare to burden you with bad news but this surgery turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. It did not go well. Will need an urgent redo, which comes with even greater risks. Please forgive me for being unable to make a new video this week. I will resume work again next week, and luckily I have a backlog of projects ready for just this occasion.

The original version of the NYE video was one of the last remaining lost videos after the old channel was taken down. Luckily, I still had most of the raw footage and was able to remake the project and regrade and remaster it at the same time. The colors are much more lively now and those nasty compression artifacts are gone. A few shots remain from the old version (like the one at 4:37).
